This organic, gluten-free baking mix combines coconut sugar, rice flour, cassava flour, gluten-free oat flour and chia protein with Ceylon cinnamon, ginger, Bourbon vanilla, cardamom and cloves.

Made with gluten-free oat flour, buckwheat flour, tapioca starch and flaxseed flour, this organic baking mix is an easy way to prepare brownies with warming holiday spices.

Perfect for brownies, gingerbread cookies and many other sweet or savoury recipes. Its characteristic coconut aroma is gently removed using steam, without bleaching.

Two Christmas recipes, one delicious bundle

Recipe 1. Christmas gingerbread cookies

You will need:

• 1 pack Bett’r Organic Gingerbread Cookie Mix, 400 g

• 55 ml Dragon Superfoods coconut oil, melted

• 105 ml prepared Bett’r rice drink

How to prepare:

1. Preheat the oven to 185°C, or 165°C with fan.

2. Prepare the rice drink according to the package instructions.

3. Combine the gingerbread mix, melted coconut oil and 105 ml rice drink in a bowl.

4. Mix until a dough forms.

5. Roll the dough to approximately 5 mm thickness.

6. Cut into Christmas trees, stars, gingerbread people or your favourite shapes.

7. Bake on a lined tray for 10–12 minutes.

8. Allow to cool before enjoying or decorating.

Recipe 2. Christmas gingerbread brownies

You will need:

• 1 pack Bett’r Organic Christmas Brownie Mix, 400 g

• 120 ml Dragon Superfoods coconut oil, melted

• 200 ml prepared Bett’r rice drink

How to prepare:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

2. Prepare the rice drink according to the package instructions.

3. Lightly grease a baking pan measuring approximately 20 × 24 cm.

4. Combine the brownie mix, melted coconut oil and 200 ml rice drink.

5. Stir until smooth and spread the mixture evenly in the pan.

6. Bake for 5 minutes at 190–200°C.

7. Reduce the temperature to 160–170°C and continue baking for 30–40 minutes.

8. Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
