OFFICIAL RULES OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN “Win a Sample Pack"

  1. Organizer of the Campaign
    The promotional campaign “Win a Sample Pack Worth 250 LEI” (hereinafter referred to as “the Campaign”) is organized by SMART ORGANIC AD, having its registered office at Office Knyazhevo, 1619 Sofia, 6 Damyanitsa Street, Bulgaria, VAT No. BG203476985 (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”).
  2. Duration and Scope of the Campaign
    The Campaign will take place from September 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026, exclusively online, on the website bettr-food.ro.
    Prizes will be awarded only for deliveries made within the territory of Romania.

  3. . Eligibility
    The Campaign is open to natural persons who cumulatively meet the following conditions:
    a) are at least 18 years old at the time of registration;
    b) are Romanian citizens and have domicile or residence in Romania;
    c) have voluntarily subscribed to the bettr-food.ro newsletter by completing the subscription form available on the website and confirming the subscription via email, thereby providing explicit consent to receive commercial communications from the Organizer.

    Only participants who have confirmed their newsletter subscription are considered valid entrants.
    Employees, collaborators, or representatives of the Organizer, as well as their first-degree relatives, are not eligible to participate.
  4. Campaign Mechanism
    Participation in the Campaign is made by completing the newsletter subscription form available on bettr-food.ro and confirming the subscription via email.
    Each valid participant will be automatically entered into the draw corresponding to the month in which the subscription confirmation took place.
    For each calendar month of the Campaign, one winner will be selected by random electronic draw.
  5. Winner Selection and Notification
    The winners will be selected between the 15th and the 20th of the month following the month in which the valid subscription was completed.
    The winner will be notified via email sent from hello@bettr-food.ro to the address provided in the subscription form.
    Along with the notification, the winner will receive a discount code worth 50 EUR, valid exclusively for product purchases on bettr-food.ro.

  6. Prize Description and Terms of Use
    The prize consists of a personal discount code worth 50 EUR, which can be used once in the shopping cart on bettr-food.ro.
    The code does not cover delivery costs and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    The code is valid for 30 calendar days from the date it is communicated to the winner.

    If the prize is not used within the validity period, it is considered forfeited and will not be transferred or reassigned to another participant.
  7. Personal Data Protection
    The Organizer, as data controller, processes participants’ personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Privacy Policy published on bettr-food.ro.
    The data is collected and processed for marketing purposes, specifically for sending commercial communications, offers, and information about products and campaigns.
    Participants may withdraw their consent at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each communication.
  8. Complaints and Disputes
    Any complaint regarding the Campaign may be submitted by email to hello@bettr-food.ro within 10 days from the date the prize notification was sent.
    Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the participants shall be settled amicably; if this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Romania.
  9. Termination and Modification of the Campaign
    The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Official Rules or to terminate the Campaign by modifying this Regulation, provided that participants are informed in advance by publishing the updated version on bettr-food.ro.
  10. Publication of the Official Rules
    The Official Rules of the Campaign are available free of charge on the website bettr-food.ro throughout the entire duration of the Campaign.
