Preparation instructions for 1 serving (10g):

• 1 tablespoon of pudding mix (10g)
• 150ml liquid of your choice (milk, plant-based drink, or water) for a light, creamy texture
• Sweetener of your choice (agave syrup, coconut sugar, erythritol, muscovado sugar, powdered dates, and many others)

1. Pour about 20ml of the liquid into a bowl and add the pudding mix. Stir well until the pudding mix dissolves in the liquid.
2. Pour the remaining liquid into a saucepan and add the desired amount of sweetener. Place the saucepan on a preheated stovetop and stir until the liquid boils and the sweetener dissolves.
3. Reduce the heat to low. Slowly add the dissolved mixture in a thin stream to the heated liquid and stir vigorously until thickened.
4. Pour the prepared pudding into a dessert bowl and enjoy it warm or chilled. You can also use it to prepare a homemade cake.
