Two Christmas recipes, one delicious bundle
Recipe 1. Christmas gingerbread cookies
You will need:

1 pack Bett’r Organic Gingerbread Cookie Mix, 400 g

55 ml Dragon Superfoods coconut oil, melted

105 ml prepared Bett’r rice drink
How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 185°C, or 165°C with fan.

Prepare the rice drink according to the package instructions.

Combine the gingerbread mix, melted coconut oil and 105 ml rice drink in a bowl.

Mix until a dough forms.

Roll the dough to approximately 5 mm thickness.

Cut into Christmas trees, stars, gingerbread people or your favourite shapes.

Bake on a lined tray for 10–12 minutes.

Allow to cool before enjoying or decorating.
Recipe 2. Christmas gingerbread brownies
You will need:

1 pack Bett’r Organic Christmas Brownie Mix, 400 g

120 ml Dragon Superfoods coconut oil, melted

200 ml prepared Bett’r rice drink
How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Prepare the rice drink according to the package instructions.

Lightly grease a baking pan measuring approximately 20 × 24 cm.

Combine the brownie mix, melted coconut oil and 200 ml rice drink.

Stir until smooth and spread the mixture evenly in the pan.

Bake for 5 minutes at 190–200°C.

Reduce the temperature to 160–170°C and continue baking for 30–40 minutes.

Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
